CAMPUS MANAGER (JUL 2022 - NOV 2022)
Wakefield International College is a quality private Registered Training Organization that provides a range of qualifications across, Horticulture, Hospitality and Business Management. WIC delivers courses face to face to maximize the student’s potential and deliver excellence in training.
MY MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

Manage and coordinate all student support and administration staff
-
Manage the operation of the student management system for the Adelaide Campus
-
Assure program quality and organisational stability through development and implementation of standards and controls, systems and procedures and regular evaluation
-
Maintain extensive knowledge of the current VET sector, in particular, relating to skill that need training in regional, national and international levels, for the purpose of:
1. developing larger student pools
2. developing training packages in line with Industry trends
3. developing employment pathways for students -
Liaise with local and international business to identify product development opportunities

Develop onshore and offshore business networks that support WIC business objectives

Coordinate and respond to enquiries and applications from potential agency representatives
-
Working closely with the marketing team to ensure all representatives have access to consistent, professionally presented, up to date information about programs, facilities and services
-
Adhere to all VQF and National Code of Practice 2018 and ESOS Act 2000 compliance requirements at all times
-
Produce quarterly statistical reports on student enrolments
-
Ensure a high standard and professional customer service is being provided to all students and staff
-
Counselling services to students at any stage of their enrolment at College
-
At risk students for Academic Progress beyond the classroom, offering support services to engage the student
-
Using records of student progress and assessment to undertake Student Support Service
