The Signet Institute of Australia was established in January 2009 and is registered with, and regulated by, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Signet Institute has campuses in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. It offers over 15 vocational training courses across these campuses to equip students with knowledge and skills to maximize their potential in trade sectors.

In addition to my role as an Admissions Manager, I am further responsible for the below mentioned duties as a Campus Coordinator for Signet Institute of Australia, Adelaide Campus:
 

• Conduct/Organize Orientation program on campus to welcome new enrolments on campus

• Assist in student support services to make decisions regarding requests, queries and course progress.

• Assessment of credit transfers for student applications enrolling at SIA

• Assist the students with the process of organizing OSHC via contracted partner (Allianz)

• Liaise with the trainers to organize course materials and equipment’s for workshop and practical sessions

• Attendance monitoring to provide academic support to the students in order to maintain satisfactory course progress

• Monitor and report trainer performances for all the courses delivered within the campus.

• Align with the trainers to monitor student attendance to ensure accurate enrolment data is maintained

• Liaise with Academic coordinator to ensure accurate records of student results and timely warnings are reconciled on Student Management System, RTO Teams

• Liaise with Human Resource officer for ongoing staff recruitment, interview scheduling and performance review

• Verification actioned to accurately scrutinize payroll as per working hours and leaves of all staff at the campus

• Maintain the Continuous Improvement Log

• Record and manage assets allocated to designated staff within the campus

• Arrange for staff gatherings to create an engaging environment at the campus

• Organize faculty meetings to be updated with the academic progress of all students in the campus

• Reporting to the General Manager on critical areas of operation and academics in the campus
