
ADMISSIONS MANAGER - INTERNATIONAL (FEB 2023 - APRIL 2024)
The Signet Institute of Australia was established in January 2009 and is registered with, and regulated by, the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA). Signet Institute has campuses in New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia. It offers over 15 vocational training courses across these campuses to equip students with knowledge and skills to maximize their potential in trade sectors.
MY MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:
This role is fully in charge of managing the admissions team, student admissions and enrolments procedures and works in coordination with Marketing and Student Support Services Department.

Assessing student admissions in line with VET guidelines

Issuing and monitoring CoE through PRISMS and Visa validity (VEVO Check)

Preparation of Letter of Offers, documentation & entry requirements assessment, and generation of CoEs in line with the set standards and process

Assessing and managing GTE Applications

Ensuring all admission compliance are met

Managing Student Management System (aXcelerate & RTO Teams) to ensuring admission documents are uploaded and updated in line with internal policy

Processing enrolment, enrolment variations such as leave approvals, extensions, withdrawals, release, change of program/location, deferments, suspensions, cancellations, concurrent CoEs and Intention to Report

Liaise with International education agents to understand the needs of the students and the documentary requirements

Coordinating students attendance in line with training department to ensure course commencement occurs in time

Coordinating with accounts department for the student fee structures and payments

Ensure all administrative processes are followed in an accurate and timely manner

Ensure student files are recorded and maintained

Ensuring high volume of admissions cases are processed promptly and effectively

Organize training plans, orientations, and allocations of students to classes.
