OPERATIONS MANAGER (JULY 2024 - PRESENT) 

Donash Australia Pty Ltd is a leading educational organization in South Australia, managing three entities:

  • Tutors SA offers tailored tutoring services across a range of subjects to support academic success and personal growth.

  • MedPrep provides medical preparation courses, helping students pursue careers in healthcare.

  • STEM Centre Australia offers specialized programs in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), preparing students for future workforce skills.

Donash aims to deliver accessible, innovative, and student-centered educational experiences to equip learners for success

MY MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Plan and execute recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, developing and implementing SOPs to ensure consistency and high team performance.

  • Oversee the maintenance and organization of company facilities, applying 5S workplace methodology to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

  • Lead daily operations, optimizing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and implementing cost-effective strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, proactively addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions and effective communication.

  • Manage day-to-day center operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and a productive learning environment in line with organizational goals and standards.

  • Supervise, mentor, and optimize the performance of the support team, fostering a collaborative work culture and driving team success to meet business objectives.

  • Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with payroll regulations while addressing any inquiries or discrepancies.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and tutors, managing schedules, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless communication for optimal service delivery.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

  • Develop and maintain an annual operational calendar, proactively planning key activities, milestones, and deadlines to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Assist in the enrolment process, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth integration, and efficient onboarding of new clients into the system.

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation – Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth across all entities, ensuring alignment with Donash’s mission and goals.

  • Financial Management – Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and product pricing for the year.

  • Managed the Student Management System (SMS) to ensure the accurate maintenance of student records, data integrity, and streamlined administrative processes, optimizing overall system functionality for enhanced operational efficiency.

  • Market Research and Expansion – Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expanding services, enhancing brand presence, and increasing student enrolment.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Implement CRM strategies to improve client retention, student engagement, and satisfaction across all educational programs and services.

  • Staff Development and Performance Management – Develop and lead performance management processes, ensuring continuous professional development of staff and tutors through ongoing training and feedback.

  • Community Engagement and Partnerships – Foster relationships with local businesses, industry stakeholders, and educational institutions to create opportunities for collaboration, student placements, and internships.
